Market Snapshots for September

Bosley Real Estate is back with its monthly market snapshot infographics, but they’ve updated the look this time around. The snapshot of the snapshot:
“Home sales rose sharply in Toronto last month and are continuing to move strongly into recovery mode after a long slump. Toronto has seen multiple months this year where sales growth has outpaced the rate of new listings, which means the market is tightening and price growth is poised to accelerate.”
